The Fort Frances Power Corporation completes customer surveys every year. Alternating between the Public Awareness of Electrical Safety survey and the Customer Engagement survey. The surveys are important in gauging the customers level of knowledge regarding electrical safety as well as understanding the customers satisfaction with how the utility runs its operations and the services it offers. The surveys also allow the utility to engage the customer so it can better reach the customers wants and needs and deliver effective programs such as electrical safety or conservation.
